Special visitors

We were so fortunate to welcome Chris Johnson and his animals into school last week. The children were so engaged in this hands-on experience when Chris showed us his milk snake, blue lizard, tenrec (which although it looked like a hedgehog was actually descended from the elephant family) and tarantula, to name a few. The children really enjoyed learning about these animals, where they came from in the world and what habitats they live in.
